BONUS: CHEDDAR BAY BISCUIT RECIPE
Tested this; I vouch for it.
In my opinion, the Old Bay is what puts it over the top.
Protip: CUBE, do not shred, the cheese. The cubes should be just under 1/4” and just over 1/8”.
(And it’s fine to go beyond a 1/2 cup on the cheese. Of course.)
